You must tell us in writing if you decide to cancel your reservation. Cancellation costs vary depending on the date of booking, the date of cancellation, and the package; pick a package for more information. Cancellation costs are subject to change at any moment, and the cancellation policy binds your reservation in place at the time of booking. Make sure that you have a copy of the booking terms and the fee receipt when canceling or requesting a refund.
Be advised that certain confirmed reservations are non-refundable if canceled and may not be transferrable to another date or amended in any other way. Alternatively, a modification may be permitted only if paid an extra price or charge. Therefore, you must determine if a reservation is non-refundable or may entail costs for changes before making the reservation.
In addition to our service costs, Suppliers may charge fees for changes and cancellations of confirmed bookings. The fees charged by suppliers are detailed in their respective terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of the specific airlines or the travel supplier govern your right to a refund for canceled bookings. If you are entitled to a refund, we shall arrange for it to be sent to us on your behalf, subject to the Supplier's terms and conditions, unless we specifically agree differently with you.
If we are handling or negotiating a refund on your behalf, it will not be paid to you until the Supplier pays the refund to us, and we will not be responsible for any delays on the Supplier's side. It's important to remember that airline refunds often take 60-90 days to complete.
Please keep in mind that if we are entitled to a service fee for making a booking, we will be entitled to that cost even if you cancel the booking or the Supplier fails to furnish you with the Product for any reason, including Force Majeure. In addition, before remitting the amount to you, we shall be entitled to charge our service fee from any return we obtain on your behalf.
